To the beach!

Hello guys! I just got back from a trip to the beach! I went yesterday's morning till today's afternoon. The beach was so freaking awesome :D We went to a new resort (not the usual one we used to go) and I really love it there. The beach is nicer, wider, bluer but... The wave is also bigger, so didn't get to swim as free as I could.

But nevertheless is good!

The resort is pretty secluded, and we got out own private beach or something like that (even though people can walk into the beach). But uhh a bit disappointed with the features of the resort. Like we have no TV or fridge in our rooms. And the bar closes at 9 PM. Noooo, which means no activity at night. So it can be pretty boring. We didn't know we don't have this and that so yeah. But it's alright, at least the beach is (Y).

I'll let picture talk! Easier to explain :)

The beach has this small huts where we can relax. They're goood

Sunset, day 1 :)

Awesome fish and chips for dinner!

Morning walk :)

I love this pic :D

But the waves can be huge :O

Went to Cipanas (Hot spring water, good for skin)

Went to Karang Hawu as well :D

Last but not least, the fish market to get... Seafood heh.

Alright that's all for today's post! Shall fill in with the details some other time okay :) In the mean while enjoy the photos! Ciao :D

Music, and sunset, the beach, and the wind. I've forgotten what life is in that moment.

Eclipse :O

Hello! Wow it's been such a long time since I blogged. It's been like... 4 days since I told myself "Okay I shall blog today". Get the joke? But anyway I'm not sure why I kept on not-blogging. Been busy with studies I guess? Or I just... Forget about it. But anyway here I am, so I shall blog! Many things happened, so I shall just blog some of the interesting ones heh.

I'm sure you guys have heard... There was an eclipse last night! And I'm soooo glad that I captured it with my own camera and documented it! Even though there were only 5 shots of the moon that I took with my camera. I'll post them here!

Tadaaah

Awesome eh, the watermark is cause I took it off my tumblr so yep. But I searched the net and say this is the longest eclipse in... 10 years? Is it? And it's a total lunar eclipse so it's pretty awesome. Kind of scary to see the whole sky turn dark suddenly while the moon was shining bright and nice. That's the awesome part of nature :)

Today was alright I guess. Did nothing much but went for a haircut though! Not sure why but my hair seems to grow at a... Lightning speed rate. Or is it just the aunty who didn't cut it short enough last time. But anyway, it'll be my last haircut before... -That- and I'm just so excited about it already! Hohoho

In the evening went with my mum to get some bread and... I guess that's all for the day!

But before that, I love to go up to the top of my room and lie down there to just listen to music. Beneath the sky, with the wind blowing softly. It's just so blissful. I guess I'm a true blue cancerian - Cancers love to have solitary moments to themselves. Just like me. I enjoy these solitary joy, I call it, to just have everything to myself. It's just so... Good.

I wish we can have like a patio on top of my room heh. Retractable chair that can extend so that I can put my leg there. And then maybe a small table beside it so that I can bring drinks there. Life is good if that can happen. Don't need those huge umbrella, I like the sun, it's good enough. Well when all of my favourite things come together - sun, blue sky, music and wind. It's just so blissful, no?

Talking about blue sky, I always lie down listening to the Mongolian song I posted before this post. I was thinking to myself... If I were to enjoy lying down here with music, watching the blue sky, I can't imagine lying down on the grass to enjoy the blue sky too in Mongolia! I mean that would even be better, and... Ah, just can't wait really.

Alright I guess that's all for today. ETC is waiting for me to be done. I really don't know how to study for that, just so many things to remember! Shall do a research on how to study for that hehe. See ya :)

Solitary joy, solitary pleasure

Emptiness

Right, the title is what I've been feeling within me for the past few days. Empty. I'm not sure why... I guess I'm stressed, but how! I mean I'm not stressing myself over studies etc, I'm kind of relaxed, but I don't know why, deep within me something is there, something is just not right. It's like poking my heart with a needle. And empty. Arggh I don't know how to explain that here.

But anyway that aside.

I'll be singing solo in my cousin's wedding tomorrow! Oh gosh, I'm so excited and nervous and gagagugu about that. I didn't practice much either... But I've been playing that song over and over again so it's in my head now. Shall practice again tonight, even though tomorrow is the real event. Need tons of luck seriously.

But anyway thankfully, the audience will be like mostly the family so it's not so "stranger" and public kind of performance right. But it's solo! That's the worst thing. I've sang with my friends, with people, but NOT ALONE heh.

Today was alright I guess, beside that empty feeling :/ In the afternoon went to search for my pants, yes I know it's damn rush but I don't have pants (oh dear). And for ties as well. Spent the afternoon at home, watching TV and lazing around. Gosh I love lazy Saturday afternoons. I really do. I love the fact that I don't do anything kind of thing.

In the evening I went to my grandma's house for a pre-wedding-dinner kind of thing. So the family of my cousin's wife came and we had dinner together etc. It's pretty crowded heh. But I got the chance to meet with my primary 4 teacher once again! We were talking about how time has changed between last time and now, both the children side and the parental and teaching.

But seriously, I gotta salute my grandma hoho. She prepared the food for today's dinner by herself and my aunts, within the past 3 days! At the age of 76, I think that's really... Wow. I mean the food was so delicious! And it was quite a lot too. And she prepared that! Wow really salute to her man. She's one strong grandma :D

The days have been pretty hot and sunny with little cloud. And it was finally raining today after... One week? I guess. It hasn't rained for like 5 days or so. Good to see some rain I guess, the weather will be cold and nice :)

Alright I guess that's all for today. I wanna finish up on epistasis tonight. If not, I won't finish it at all for the week. Oh dead. Okay see you!

Just be gone, empty feelings.

Cricket

Sorry for the title, couldn't think of any other better title, and since there's some crickets around my room now, which are quite loud, I'll give today's title... Cricket! Alright yes I know I'm lame, whatever. Nothing beats the joy of doing something random and its sublimal simplicity of being... Simply random. Oh my, I'm stressed.

Anyway today was alright I guess. My dad had vertigo last night :O Vertigo is basically like this super major wow headache which can severely impact you. Like you can't even walk, cause you feel your head is spinning. My dad had that, so he spent the whole evening at home. And I had to standby just in case he needed anything. But thankfully he's feeling alright now :)

So today was okay, I spent the day out looking for shoes. My cousin is getting married on Sunday! :) So I had to look for a pair of nice shoe, cause I don't have it, apparently. Anyway I have a nice pair now :) And oh have I told you that I'm going to sing there as well! My aunt asked me to sing a song heh, just to fill the event and I'm happy to do so :)

And then in the evening I went around with my sisters and her bf to send food to my grandma and aunt hoho. And I met my cousin after such a long time (the one getting married soon). His face hasn't changed I guess haha! Just that he's taller, that's definitely. And then I went to my aunt's house to have a chat with my cousin as well :)

Right I guess that's all for the day? Pretty short post uh... Let me post something else.

This is one of my favourite Mongolian songs! Yup, as I've told you I'm falling in love with Mongolian songs, so this is one of them. I posted a comment on Youtube about this song, and a nice Mongolian user replied my saying this song is about Mongolia and the traditional musical instrument called the horse head fiddle or Moorin Khoor (correct spelling?)

Have a go at this! :D

I really love this song... I don't know why. The melody, the chords, and I wish, the lyrics, are beautiful! I wanna know the exact translation about this song. But google translate has no Mongolian script so they can't translate this. But anyway, I'm thankful to have come across this song, purely ACCIDENTALLY on Youtube heh. Like it was on the suggestion box and I clicked it. Oh and I looooove the sceneries in the video as well. Just made me can't wait for my Inner Mongolia OCIP :P

Amazing what internet can do for us :)

I really feel that Mongolian songs should hit global, cause I think their songs are nice. But oh well, that's to my ear. I'm not sure about others. There are more songs, I shall post them here one by one hehe. Alright, time to do epistasis! Rawrr I wanna do them by tonight! Ciao!

It's back!

One of today's best shots

What's it? It's the internet! Haha. It went down on Sunday morning, till today's afternoon, and till I don't know when. But the good thing is that it's back now anyway right? I wanted to blog last night but oh well I couldn't so here I am now :D

Yesterday, being a no-internet day, which means nothing's much to be done at home so I spent most of them out. I went out for grocery shopping with my mum and sis, and then my sis and I went swimming! But urgh the swimming pool's water was like murky in colour, I don't know why either. Well not thaaaaat murky that it's like unclear, just murky. I guess they hadn't changed it.

And since my internet was down at night as well... I guess it's a blessing in disguise but I finished my OCRM chapter 3 notes! I'm supposed to do it in line the weekday of this week but it's stroke off my to-do-list for this week heh. I guess that's the good thing about no internet, you have no choice but to do other things I suppose :D

Today was alright I guess, nothing much, went to my dad's factory in the afternoon, and then... Chillies' picking in the late afternoon! It was my first time doing that and I gotta say it's pretty awesome and fun :D It's like those activities that can make you shut-up-and-do-your-work kind of activity. And at the same time, it's pretty relaxing as well. It took your mind off life, and focus on chillies heh.

The evening in my dad's garden was pretty cold today. And pretty cold means... Clear skies! And clear skies of course means... STARS :D Yup there were some stars just now. Wait, A LOT of stars :P It's pretty beautiful. The night has been cloudy here so you can't see much stars but today is different I guess. Pretty nice to look at stars you know :)

Right... What else to talk about. I guess that's all for today? I'll be doing my GM bio report tonight! Hopefully can finish abstract, and half of introduction. That would be awesome really :) Alright GM bio come to papa :D

I wish life were as simple as that

At Changi, once more

Right, I'm currently at Changi T2's Sakae Sushi heh. I have not had my lunch yet so was feeling damn hungry. So decided to eat lunch here I guess. Plus I mis-calculated my time. My flight is at 5 o clock and I reached Changi at like 3.15? And boarding is at 4.30 so I have an hour to wait. So lets feast mwahaha. But in fact I ate little though

Anyway yup I'll be going back for 2 weeks and a half heh. Not sure if I can call this a holiday. It's like a freaking holiday with lots of work to do and the dreaded MSTs AFTER the holiday. Well well... I can't do much can I? But of course I shall not dread and complain and feel urgh about this fact. I'm going to get all the things done and finish my revision and studying for the MST hoho.

Oh well I really like blogging in Changi. I guess it's a very... Inspiring place, as I said. If it's possible I could have went to Changi at like 1 or so and do my report. I'm sure I'll be able to finish at least 1/3 of the report by the time of my flight. It's just a conducive, comfortable and inspiring place to blog, to write, and to do things. Not sure why.

Even though I have lots of things to do during the holidays, I still do hope to get some relaxation as well. The past 7 weeks of poly life is tiring too eh. So I'm sure all of us deserve a good break and some time off studies to relax and rejuvenate. I think this is possible, like to finish things, and to relax and have fun at the same time despite the work load.

It all matters in the planning. So... On the plane later, I'm going to list out the things that I have to finish, and I want to come up with like weekly plan. Since I have 2 weeks plus, I hope I can spread my work load evenly throughout the holiday. And of course relax at the same time. I believe I can do this. And it will :)

Alright that's all for now. Shall blog when I reach Indo of course! It's 3:57 now and I have to proceed to my gate soon so yup. See ya I guess!

And one more thing - I want a great, well planned, lots-of-things-done holiday! :)

Holiday is here... Soon. Wait, holiday?

Righty, it's... First June already gosh. Time's pretty fast huh! Can't believe we're stepping into the 6th month of the year already, and like one term of my year 2 is gone, poof, like that. I used to remember how I hated when time flies so slow during classes, and to realise how fast it actually flows. Time is such an amazing piece of mystery isn't it.

Anyway today was an alright Wednesday. Pretty cold weather though.

WAIT it's not ALRIGHT.

Firstly, I have a pharmacology test today. It's 15% of the module, and it started at 9.30 (as mentioned). But I woke up AT NINE THIRTY today! I was freaking out. I woke up, jumped out of my bed, grabbed my towel, wet my hair, dry them, change my clothes, grab my bag, lappy, wallet, phone, iPod, headphone and ran out. Time spent? 3 minutes.

Waited for taxi, got one, grabbed one, went to school. Time spent? About 13 minutes. Reached Dover, walked/ran from MRT to T711. Time spent? TWO minutes. I reached the class at 9:48 or so. And thankfully they were just starting to do the test (it's online). Thankfully I switched on my lappy in the cab to save time. But whew! I managed to do and finish the test :D

Sigh, not sure why, lesson learnt: Set 4 alarms when there's test on that day itself. My iPod was charging last night, so I didn't use it for alarm. It has this nice strong loud alarm tone which usually wakes me up pretty easily.

Anyway after school was okay... Went to the new study area to wait for 3 o' clock to come with Syaz, Candy and Kai. Something funny happened though. Well Kai (and me actually) doesn't like people to read their blog post while they're typing it. Same as me, it's some OCD thingy. So...

Kai: "typing typing typing"

Me: Hello all.... (first two words of her post)

"PYAK"

She used her reflex and hit my tummy fats! Hahaha. Two words and PYAK! Hahahaha. It's not that painful but in fact I find it really funny! Heh. I think it's her Karate reflex.

After that we went for the OCIP briefing while Syazwani went for the DBS filming. Oh gosh the OCIP briefing made me really really really can't wait for the trip itself! Haha. The team member is awesome, fun and friendly people. Funny too hehe. I really can't wait for the trip to work together with them in Inner Mongolia :)

After the briefing, went to meet the FLP peeps! Sadly when we reached there the session was over. Thankfully we still meet some of them and Tony hehe. Had dinner (for me snack plus drink, cause I'm still full) with the FLC peeps at FC5. Talk and lepak together hoho. And went home!

Now I'm trying to finish all my "computer" assignments. Funana, Biorisk etc. I wanna finish em by tomorrow night... So lets try doing some now so that my burden will be lesser heh. Oh well I'm pretty... "stressed". I'm really someone who can't handle stress properly when suddenly somehow so many things popped out at me. Or if not, when I realise I have lots of things to do.

I guess poly life is just so different. I don't know. In a sense... Life is... Tougher? In secondary school, knowing I have like 8 assignments to do, of course I'll feel stressed. But I somehow manage to do them without feeling that -depressed- but in poly, it's just different. But hey, nope! I can't say I can't do it can I? I can do this, yup yup yup :)

Alright I guess that's all for today! Left with Biorisk to do now. Shee you! And urgh I seriously can't wait for the Mongolian Trip. Okay excited much hahaha. See ya!

At this rate, I can turn Mongolian for the songs I'm listening to haha. I'm really in love with Mongolian songs. Try them! :)
